Mindful Flow is our signature slow-flowing, breath-centered class that invites you to tune in, soften, and reconnect. It's movement with intention. Stillness with breath. Exploration without urgency.

Looking to move and flow? This class is for you! Expect a faster-paced practice that includes mindfulness and attention to alignment. Power Flow will energize your body and mind as you flow with your breath and build towards challenging postures.

Purposeful, healing movement

Move slowly and intentionally to reap the therapeutic benefits of Yoga! Each class, taught by a certified Yoga Therapist, includes a thoughtful balance of breath, movement, restorative poses, and therapeutic alignment — the kind that helps your body feel better not just on the mat, but everywhere else, too.

Slow, supported restoration

Slow down, breathe, and rest into the support of the many props used in this class to help us relax and find inner peace. Poses are long, slow, and deep... that's what we love about Deep Stretch!


What to expect:


Extended holds with prop support.

Floor-based poses for deep release.

Gentle, restorative movements.

Focus on relaxation and stress relief.


Perfect for: Athletes, those with tight muscles, anyone needing restoration, complement to active practices.

Twilight Meditation & Relaxation

Expect a welcoming environment, expert instruction, and thoughtful sequencing that supports both body and mind. Classes may include guided breathwork, mindful movement, restorative stillness, and the use of props for comfort and alignment. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find space to move, rest, and connect in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.


Thirty minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2.5 hours of sleep! Experience the calming, wonderful world of Yoga Nidra. We use pillows, blankets, eye covers, and bolsters to create a wonderfully relaxing experience.

Heal Yourself Through Sound

A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you rest comfortably while immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. 


This practice calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and supports emotional release — no movement or prior experience required. In a candle-lit, supportive environment, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation and renewal that feels like a reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Traditional, disciplined sequences

Rooted in tradition and discipline, Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, breath-focused practice that follows a set sequence of postures. In this class, we'll explore the Half Primary Series — a modified version of the traditional sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner focus.


What to expect:


Set sequence of flowing movements. 

Emphasis on breath control and rhythm.

Progressive building of strength and stamina. 

Focus on repetition and steadiness.

  • What types of yoga classes do you offer?

    We provide a variety of classes, including Mindful Flow, Empower Flow, Align & Flow, Deep Stretch, and Restorative Yoga, to suit different needs and skill levels. 

  • When are the yoga classes scheduled?

    Classes run Monday through Sunday at various times, including morning and evening sessions to fit your schedule.

  • Do I need prior yoga experience?

    No experience is necessary. All of our classes welcome beginners to advanced practitioners. That said, our Align & Flow and Mindful Flow classes move at a slower, more accessible pace than Empower Flow and Ashtanga. If you'd like help choosing a class style that best supports your needs, please reach out

  • What should I bring to class?

    Bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during your practice.
  • What are the benefits of joining your yoga classes?

    Our classes help improve flexibility, balance, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity for overall wellness.
  • How long is each yoga session?

    Most classes last between 60 to 75 minutes, providing ample time for a complete practice.
  • What attire is appropriate for yoga classes?

    Wear breathable, stretchable clothing that allows free movement and comfort throughout the session.
  • How do I sign up for a class?

    You can register online through our website or contact us directly by phone or email for assistance.
  • Can I try a class before committing?

    Yes, you're welcome to drop in for a class so you can check out our studio before becoming a member or purchasing a package.

  • Are classes suitable for seniors or those with limited mobility?

    Absolutely. Our instructors adapt poses to accommodate all abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Since some classes flow at faster paces than others, please reach out for guidance in choosing the best class for you.
