Qigong with Patrick is a gentle, flowing movement practice that harmonizes body, breath, and mind to support whole-person wellness. Through simple standing postures, slow, intentional movements, and calming breathwork, you’ll learn to cultivate your life-force energy (qi), ease tension, and improve balance and flexibility.
This class is ideal for all ages and fitness levels, and Patrick offers clear, accessible instruction so beginners feel comfortable while more experienced students can deepen their practice. Regular qigong practice has been associated with reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, improved circulation, and an overall sense of inner calm and vitality.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?
We provide a variety of classes, including Mindful Flow, Empower Flow, Align & Flow, Deep Stretch, and Restorative Yoga, to suit different needs and skill levels.
When are the yoga classes scheduled?
Classes run Monday through Sunday at various times, including morning and evening sessions to fit your schedule.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
No experience is necessary. All of our classes welcome beginners to advanced practitioners. That said, our Align & Flow and Mindful Flow classes move at a slower, more accessible pace than Empower Flow and Ashtanga. If you'd like help choosing a class style that best supports your needs, please reach out
What should I bring to class?
Bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during your practice.What are the benefits of joining your yoga classes?
