Holistic Childbirth Education One Day Intensive
with Julie Rauschenplat
In this one-day, Childbirth Education intensive, you and your partner will grow your connection to each other and to baby(s) through hands-on learning. You will learn the anatomy and physiology of labor and birth with the most relevant, evidence-informed information available.
Julie will present information from Lamaze International, Evidence Based Birth, Spinning Babies® , Birthing From Within, and more, enabling families to make empowered & informed choices for themselves. Julie is a Certified Professional Midwife, Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, LCCE, & Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Registration fee is per couple. (Couple = pregnant person & support person.)
Prenatal Bliss Massage
Indulge in this relaxing experience designed specifically for expectant mothers to relieve tension and promote overall well-being during pregnancy. Our skilled therapists use gentle techniques and specialized cushions to ensure the utmost comfort as you unwind and enjoy this soothing massage. Expect light to firm pressure throughout the service. For a more therapeutic experience, book a therapeutic massage as a prenatal.

After You Recover, Bring Your Baby to Yoga!
In our Baby & Me Classes, you'll move your body safely while engaging with baby. Class is very relaxed, so parents and caregivers are able to feed, change diapers, et cetera. Class starts with a community welcome, followed by meditation, and then a slow flow.
