Sofia combines sound healing with guided meditation and intention-setting to help you get clear on what you actually want from this year. Not what you think you should want. What you want. Sound healing uses frequencies from singing bowls to help regulate your nervous system. Translation: your body actually relaxes, and your mind gets quiet enough to hear what matters.

Dr. Kerry McLaughlin leads this free workshop to help expecting and new parents understand how to support their bodies through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. Restore & Yoga Nidra with Jenn Shull (January 25)

You'll spend time in supported restorative poses, then move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that's been called "yogic sleep."
