Hi there! Have some questions about us? Find the answers below. 

  • What are your business hours?

    Our spa opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday. On Saturdays we are open from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 


    The Studio classes can begin as early as 7:00 a.m. with the last class of the day typically at 7:45 p.m., depending on teacher availability and monthly class schdule.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash, SpaFinder Gift cards, and Gift Cards purchased for use at our spa and studio. We do require a credit card to hold appointment reservations; however, the method of payment can be changed at check out.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Appointments may be cancelled for any reason without penalty up to 24 hours before the reserved service time. A $60 cancellation fee may be applied to all services cancelled within 24 hours up to the service time. Any cancellation or no show after the service time will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service.

  • I can’t find my original gift card. What should I do?

    Any gift card purchase should have a record either attached to your profile or to the profile of the person that purchased the gift card. We may require certain information such as the date it was purchased and contact information of the individual that purchased it to locate your gift card.

  • What days are you closed?

    We are closed on the following days:

    Easter Sunday

    Thanksgiving

    Christmas Eve

    Christmas Day

    New Years Eve- Close at 4:00 p.m.

    New Years Day- Open at 12:00 p.m.
