Sports massage is designed to assist athletes with soft tissue pain or stiffness before or after athletic performance. Sessions may include passive stretching, active stretching, and deep tissue targeting a specific area of need. All sports massage sessions include the Athletics Massage Oil (Arnica infused) to reduce muscle soreness after the session.

This massage will help with joint range and motion and flexibility. Compression and stretch techniques of Traditional Thai massage are combined with deep tissue and Swedish massage to create a unique experience that may involve the use of the practitioners knees and and feet to apply compressions while briefly on the table.
If you prefer to remain clothed during this session instead of the traditional draping, it’s recommended you were comfortable clothing since you may be positioned into a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage.
Prenatal massage is recommended for pregnant women to increase physical and mental health and well-being for mother and their unborn baby. Similar to a relaxation massage, one of the unique aspects of a prenatal massage is the body positioning to protect the changes to the mothers joints and the womb. Most Prenatal massages are preformed with the mother-to-be side-lying supported by pillows to reduce pressure on joints and the spine.
