We have recently relocated to a newly renovated, first-floor building. The spa is located in the historic Cherry neighborhood right in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina. Palestra Spa and Studio is just minutes away from Uptown, Novant Health Presbyterian Health Center, Myers Park, Eastover, Elizabeth, Dilworth, and SouthPark.
