Touch has always been one of my talents. Through massage therapy I enjoy the satisfaction of facilitating the body to heal itself. In addition to 14+ years as a licensed professional, I also have a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University which has given me an educational edge in the industry.
In working with my clients I strive to find the origin of your issues instead of merely rubbing where it hurts and treating the symptom.
I specialize in hot stone therapy, cranial sacral, essential oil therapy and prenatal massage.
As the owner of Palestra Boutique Spa and the founding therapist of Blue Heron Massage I am committed to raising the industry bar by providing a superior work culture for our therapists and unparalleled quality of care for our clients.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

My passion for holistic healing began way before I ever considered a career as a massage therapist. More so, my career now falls in line with my personal beliefs. Having experience in both pre and post-operative hospital settings, was the catalyst that propelled me to this career path. I attended Southeastern Institute in Charlotte NC, where I graduated and earned a certification in Massage Therapy. I love what I do and I believe in massage and its ability to heal.
I have a thriving interest in helping people reach their healing and health goals. Using various therapeutic modalities including cupping, myofascial release among other techniques, and a holistic approach, I fully attend to each individual client’s needs by interweaving clear presence with practiced skill.
I am experienced in deep tissue techniques, Swedish, hot stones, Tui-na, myofascial release, and orthopedic cupping.
Whether you desire relief from chronic injuries and trauma, a deeply indulgent massage, or prenatal treatments, I am able to meet you where you are on your journey.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

It has been a true joy to be able to practice massage therapy for over 14 years. I found my way to Palestra through Greensboro, NC, where I enjoyed reaching as many individuals as possible with a well-balanced approach with the goal of both pain and stress relief.
Each massage is a new experience, tailored to meeting the client where they are in the moment. I have worked at massage centers, chiropractic offices, college universities, and a yoga studio. Along with deep tissue I specialize primarily in sports massage, essential oil therapy, Tui Na, and hot stone massage among other techniques.
I have a passion for helping people be their best self. This has led me to also achieve my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Science in the area of Nutrition. In the near future I aspire to become a dietitian to increase my ability to truly help people. I also love to cook and to teach others new culinary skills.
